Final Orders Issued Pursuant to Section 165.7(e)(2) of the Whistleblower Rules

An Attorney Advisor in the CFTC's Whistleblower Office, Melanie Devoe, spoke at the 2020 Whistleblower Law Symposium, held at the State Bar of Georgia Headquarters. Ms. Devoe will participate in two panels, "Crypto-Currencies and Other New Areas of Enforcement Relating to Modern Technologies" and “Untapped Whistleblower Opportunities: CFTC’s Efforts to Attract Whistleblowers and Pursue Whistleblower-Initiated Claims.”

The CFTC's Whistleblower Office exhibited at the 6th Annual FIA-SIFMA Asset Management Derivatives Forum on February 5-7, 2020 in Dana Point, CA. The forum was attended by the buy-side and sell-side to examine the latest developments in global derivatives regulation, operations, markets and trading that are affecting the buy-side.
